 You ex cite my curiosity
This flower takes us back to nearly a thousand years to the days of the Crusades. Pilgrims returning from Palestine found this plant growing wild in Syria and in the Molucca or Spice Islands. They brought the seeds back with them and the Crusader's flower,- the Molucca Balm was soon in almost every garden, It is worth growing to day both as a curiosity and as furnishing material for winter bouquets The plant is a hardy annual a member of the Mint family.
