SNOWDRIFT SURPRISE

 In a sundae glass or cup place a ladle of prepared grated cocoanut. 

Over this pour a ladle of heavy chocolate syrup, so that the cocoanut is covered completely. 
The confection now looks dark. but when you dig into it with a spoon, the 66 snowdrift appears/
 A delightful confection and some thing out of the beaten track. 
Cocoanut is becoming popular and may be served in numerous ways
